Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of purchase to request a return or 14 days from an in-store purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with price and brand tags attached, and in its original packaging.  Original receipt is required for full refund.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once you have read our return policy, please email us at bobsoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number and the product name, style number, size, quantity, and return reason for each of the items you would like to return.  Customer is responsible for providing return shipping and appropriate insurance coverage for value of the package.  Please get a shipping receipt and tracking number for the return package.   Please package the return in a similar box to the original order in order to avoid large shipping overcharges.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you have mailed your package back to us, please allow 7 days for us to process.  We will inspect the item(s) and determine if a full refund will be issued or if any restocking fees will apply.  We reserve the discretionary right to follow the above return policy and either accept or refuse the return upon receipt.

Once a return is created, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Returns can always be made in-store with original receipt, and the above condition requirements applying.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We ask that you start a return and place a new order if you need to exchange an item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
